How should I store my honey?
Store honey at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration as it can accelerate crystallization. Properly stored honey has an indefinite shelf life.
Why has my honey crystallized?
Crystallization is a natural process and a sign of pure, raw honey. To return it to liquid form, gently warm the jar in a bowl of warm water. Never microwave honey as high heat can destroy beneficial enzymes.
Is your honey raw or pasteurized?
Our honey varieties are minimally processed to retain their natural properties. Each product description specifies whether it's raw or lightly filtered.
